The viticulture revolt group is a group of teachers from the Faculty of Enology, the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology of the Rovira and Virgili University of Tarragona. We have different disciplinary formations: enologist, agronomist engineer, chemist, doctor, which allows us to focus our revolt on the resilience of the vineyard to climate change, on the deepening of new models of the environment-friendly vine growing: ecological, biodynamic and regenerative treatment of the soil and on Viticulture 4.0, among other high-interest fears for the sector.
